We are preparing for our second century by cultivating our already rich tradition in anticipation of the next generation of Phi Taus at the University of Kentucky.

PROPOSED RENDERINGS

State of the Art Facility

While still in the planning stages, we are planning for our new state of the art facility with 21,000 sf consisting of 4 stories with over 5,000 sf per story.

FIRST LEVEL

Proposed Rooms

The first level will contain the House Director’s Suite, Chapter Meeting Room, Study Rooms & Conference Room. The lower level will feature a Walk-out Basement, Commercial Kitchen, Gaming and Media Rooms.

UPPER LEVEL

Proposed Structure

The two upper levels house a total of 55 sleeping units with updated modern room layouts with private shared Bathrooms. These levels will also have break out study areas and a laundry facilities on each level.
